Many of my paintings start with a smaller study to explore different shapes, colors, and viewpoints. Here is a sample of my small landscape acrylic on paper pulled from a small 5.5x8.5 in (14.0x21.6cm) travel journal of 96lb (160g) mixed media paper.

Posting to my Instagram page only started in early 2024. Although my alter-ego exists in the technology space, I truly focused more on "creating" artwork rather than marketing it over the past decade. You will find a very common theme within my work which is a love of Canadian Landscapes - especially the mountains of Waterton Lakes National Park and Southern Alberta Prairies. I tend to paint what I know and I have spent my entire life exploring this area.
